Krka The clearness of the sea - wow! Croatia gives you the best nautical routes in the Adriatic Sea. to Cres by boat, ferry, catamaran or airplane, it's up to you. I was hoping for a bit more authentic food. The beaches of Makarska are among the favorite beaches of travelers from all over the world. Recommend: The little restaurant called Espana just down the road was good food and very nice to us. Recommend: Trip to Hercules was worth it to see the old Roman Mine. Whatever you want to do you’ll find it here. In a few years the waves transformed these rocks into pebbles then into sand. Recommend: Water taxi into Trogir from nearby campsite (10min walk). We may have chosen another property if we had had a more realistic picture of the situation. Might be worth informing people of the need to be vigilant / keep doors closed as the smell wasn't pleasant and will only get worse. Theres a new Studenac supermarket opening this weekend up the road behind the villa so that will be handy for your future guests. Book your flights to Rijeka and drive to  Cres harbour (30 min ). Recommend: The next door coffee shop/bar is a natural choice with a great atmosphere. Boat was somewhat old but working, service was good and most of the time friendly.
